Salon Policies: Creating Your Perfect Experience
At , we are dedicated to providing you with the best experience possible, from the moment you walk through our doors until the moment you leave our incomparable nail salon. To ensure your comfort and relaxation, we kindly ask you to review our policies:
- Appointment Confirmation: If you’re a new client, please wait for your technician to contact you to confirm your appointment and pay any deposits.
- Appointment Cancelation/Rescheduling: Please give 48hr notice for rescheduling or cancelations. $2/hr fee for last minute cancelations. Last minute cancelations for illness please contact your Technician when you cancel.
- Relaxing Atmosphere: To create a serene environment for our guests, we ask that no one under 16 or anyone who identifies as male visits the salon.
- Guest Policy: To maintain a peaceful ambiance, we kindly request that you do not bring extra guests with you to your appointment.
- Phone Use: Feel free to use your phone during your service, but please use headphones so as not to disturb others.
- Refreshments: We offer complimentary refreshments for your enjoyment, but we kindly ask that you refrain from eating while your hands are being serviced.
- Masks: Masks are optional at this time, but feel free to wear one if it makes you more comfortable.
